All systems are installed based on property layout, equipment compatibility, and the customer-approved scope of work.
Quotes are based on project requirements and may change if additional work, materials, or site conditions arise. Customers will be informed before any additional charges are applied.
Customers must provide safe access to installation areas and ensure electrical and structural conditions meet basic requirements. Delays caused by inaccessible areas or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
Security systems help reduce risk but cannot guarantee the prevention of theft, damage, or unauthorized access. Monitoring services depend on the internet, power, and third-party provider availability.
Customers are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity, power supply, and account subscriptions where required.
Installed equipment follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms. D and G Alarm provides workmanship support for installation-related issues within the service period discussed at installation.
Damage caused by misuse, tampering, power surges, or third-party alterations is not covered.
Payment terms are agreed upon before installation. Work may require a deposit, a progress payment, or a completion payment, depending on project size.
Late payments may delay support or future service scheduling.
Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
D and G Alarm is not liable for losses, damages, or incidents occurring before, during, or after installation beyond the cost of services provided. Security systems are preventive tools, not guarantees.
